The model outlined is quite useful and assists in clarity of application of the tool. However, how does using these conditional activities for various leveled groups play out in the gradebook? Would you be limited to aggregating only non-empty grades so that activities the students do not complete because they are not in their "level" are not aggregated in the total? I ask because I can imagine my teachers asking such a question. Many thanks! --Mary Parke 03:08, 18 November 2011 (WST)

I think that this tip by Mary https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=276500#p1188521 would merit some mention somewhere in the docs. Was just asked how to completely let render invisible a conditional activity. Thanks!
