I made some reorganization of this page and added some missing settings not included here.

I am not sure the that diagram on how Moodle processes language priority actually belongs here as this is a setting page and not a FAQ. Maybe it should be moved to the Language FAQ page instead, but it is useful information. It moved it to the top of the page because it is not a setting and does not belong in the settings area. --Randy Thornton (talk) 04:21, 6 December 2014 (AWST)
