The Feedback module allows you to create and conduct surveys to collect feedback from Students. It is smaller in scope and therefore easier to use than the Questionnaire module, and unlike the Survey tool allows you to write your own questions, rather than choose from a list of pre-written survey instruments. It is currently an optional module though it may become part of the standard install for version 2.0 of Moodle.
