This policy is currently a draft. Page content is subject to major change.

Moodle Partners are Certified Service Providers worldwide that can help you with your Moodle implementation. Partners contribute 10% of their earnings to support the development and maintenance of the Moodle project, so by using a certified Moodle Partner, you are helping improve the Moodle software.

Moodle Partner services may be discussed in the moodle.org forums as long as participants agree to abide by this policy.

Constructive and in context discussions are welcome

Discussion should be kept factual, polite and not be used for defamation or flaming.

Moodle.org should not be the first port of call for problems

If anyone has a problem with a Moodle Partner, they should ensure that they have given them every chance to sort it out first before posting on moodle.org.

Sometimes (not always!) "problems" are more complicated than they first appear, and sometimes they are simply a result of a glitch in communication. It would be a terrible shame if a hard-working company who serves 99.5% of their clients admirably and silently has their business affected by loud negative comments from 0.5%. As anyone who has had a significant amount of clients in a business knows that there is always that 0.5%, no matter how hard you try to please them.

Posts which violate this policy may be edited, moved to a closed discussions forum or deleted at the discretion of moderators.
