Users can be notified about different events. Who will be notified about what can be configured in "Manage -> Rules -> Add rule -> Event notifications"

Events

  • Entry added
  • Entry updated
  • Entry deleted
  • Entry approved
  • Entry disapproved
  • Comment added
  • Rating added
  • Rating updated
  • Team member added
  • Team member removed

Who to notify

  • From: User = currently logged in user; Author: author of entry
  • To: Either the author or users, that have one of the roles in the list.
    • Author
    • Roles
      • Teacher
      • Non-editing teacher
      • Student
