Cloud Poodll Assignment Feedback enables teachers to record and upload feedback right inside Moodle's native Assignment activity.

The Cloud Poodll Assignment Submission allows teachers to record audio or video as assignment feedback. It has no dependencies and recordings are stored in the Poodll cloud. The teacher has a choice of audio and video recorders to use. It supports time limits, and can automatically generate captions from the teachers speaking. The Cloud Poodll Assignment Feedback has no dependencies.

Cloud Poodll Assignment Feedback makes giving audio and video feedback on student assignment submissions effortless. Although the Moodle Assignment activity allows recordings from the HTML editor, there are a number of practical considerations. Such recordings may arrive in formats that the student can not view on their PC/device. And a large number of recordings can . Use Cases

Responding in Kind

If students are recording audio in a language classroom, or doing a video presentation, it is natural for a teacher to respond in kind. They can demonstrate the pronunciation or presentation style they wish to recommend to the student.

Fully Online Courses

In fully online courses, feedback on an assignment submission is one of the few ways a teacher can speak directly to a student one on one. Using Cloud Poodll assignment feedback, to record video or audio can personalize the feedback and allow the student to really connect with teacher.

Getting Started

Cloud Poodll Assignment Feedback requires a Poodll API username and secret. These are available with a free trial or paid subscription to Poodll. To get your API username and secret:

Visit the Cloud Poodll Assignment Feedback page at poodll.com
Take a "30 day Free Trial"
Register your Moodle site URL on your member page
Pick up your Cloud Poodll API user and secret

Then you can install Cloud Poodll Assignment Feedback as usual from the Moodle plugins directory. After installation you will be asked for your API user and secret. Please see the Cloud Poodll Assignment Feedback support documentation for more information on installing and using Cloud Poodll Assignment Feedback.
