workplacelogo.png This feature is part of Moodle Workplace, which is available through Moodle Partners.


  • Allows to issue certificates for users in the Workplace Certificates feature
  • This capability may be applied in any context, it applies to the certificates defined in the same context, however the tenant user will only be able to issue to the users from the same tenant
  • The default Tenant administrator role has this capability set to allow (in the system context) and Tenant manager role has it set to allow in the course category context
