Capabilities/moodle/course:managescales: Difference between revisions

This allows a user to add/update/delete scales in Settings > Course > Grade administration > Scales or via the gradebook Scales tab (or for a manager in Settings > Site administration > Grades > Scales)
This capability is allowed for the default roles of manager and teacher
