Talk:Course overview

From MoodleDocs

In the section titled "Past, In Progress and Future courses" the first bullet point says "For courses to appear in the 'Past' section, the course end date must be in the past or the course must be completed."

My experience is that both conditions are needed for a course to appear in the "Past" section if course completion is turned on in the course settings.

I propose that point be updated to say "For courses to appear in the 'Past' section, the course end date must be in the past or the course must be completed. If course completion is turned on in the course settings, the course will not appear in the 'Past' section until course completion conditions are met even if the course end date is in the past."

Is this proposed wording accurate?

Thanks, Mary. I just didn't want to make the edit without checking in case my experience is uncommon. Thanks for all your help on Moodle! --Cam Howard (talk) 14:37, 21 November 2019 (UTC)
