- Create an account in https://tracker.moodle.org
- Create a new issue, select the project "Moodle Mobile"
- Add a detailed description attaching the "Device information" that can be found in the app (Settings -> Device info, you can send to yourself this information by email using the e-mail button at the bottom)
- Attach also the App Log  (Settings -> Development -> Show Log, at the bottom there is an email option for sending this information to your private account)
