Mooch is the Moodle.org hub. Many Moodle sites register to Mooch. They can publish courses for download or list them as enrollable.

Unfortunately, as you will note if you visit MOOCH, there is often no way to know whether the courses available will work in your Moodle, because you can't import a Moodle 2.0 course into a 1.9 Moodle, and vice versa which makes the MOOCH, well, less than useful for for many people.

  1. Ensure your Moodle site is registered (via Registration in the Site administration)
  2. In 'Advanced features' enable course sharing (new in 3.7)
