GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation is a regulation intended to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU). GDPR becomes enforceable from 25 May 2018. It affects any Moodle site used by EU citizens, even if the site itself is not hosted in the EU.

This page will provide guidelines on how to make a Moodle site complying with the GDPR regulations. It is a work in progress at the moment to be finished around March - April 2018.
