Capabilities/moodle/course:managegrades: Difference between revisions

This capability has been defined (as of 1.7.1) to allow the user to manage grade exceptions in a given course.
Grade exceptions allow the person with this capability to determine which students or assignments should or should not be present in the gradebook.
This appears to have been removed in Moodle 1.9. See moodle/grade:manage
