Applying a patch in Windows section sends you to a Tutorial that says you need a basic understanding of Linux and really doesn't help that much. Perhaps someone knows where there is a Windows tutorial. The average windows user won't have a c:\bin directory so patch.exe won't be in it. Apologies if I sound negative, not my intention, it is just difficult as a Windows user.
