Error reading environment data (1) 

 moodle has no read permissions for ./admin/environment.xml

Error message: 

 php_extension zip must be installed and enabled

To fix this error open the php.ini file and about line 708, look for and uncomment: 

 extension=php_zip.dll

Windows users may need to restart your Apache server.
