I am a Consultant for the Utah State Library responsible to develop an online Distance Education Program using Moodle 1.5 which the State owns. My background is decades of education and training in many areas from the US Army to university classroom to corporate boardroom. I have a MSSM (Systems Mgmt) from USC, an MLS (Library Science) from Emporia State University, KS, and a PhD from Kansas State University in Adult, Occupational and Continuing Education.

I have used WebCT, and am familiar with BlackBoard, but find Moodle to be much more user friendly, both for developers and learners.
