Capabilities/moodle/site:manageblocks: Difference between revisions

This allows a user to manage blocks (edit, add, delete, etc.) in the context this capability applies to (system, front page or course context)
For example, a user assigned to the default "editing teacher" role will have this capability set in the course context, thus enabling them to manage blocks in the course context
This capability is allowed for the default roles of manager and teacher
