Hi, I think that the path Preferences > Messaging for Notifications is not correct. Maybe it could be Preferences > Notification preferences Daniela Rotelli

I found also that the Message Block is no more available, so "Teachers can also add a Messages block to the course page to make messaging easier." is not correct. Daniela Rotelli
