Guideline says:
- Go to 'Policy settings' in the Site administration.
Can we make this more specific? We recently updated to 3.4.3 (with the two GDPR plugins) and the Policy settings appear in:
Site administration > Users > Privacy and policies > Policy settings...
I have seen though in other sites that Privacy and policies are directly under the the Site administration.
Perhaps this is a minor difference between the 3.4.3 and 3.5 version?

- Thanks Anna for your comment. We generally only mention the page or setting name for items in the Site administration as it's quicker to search than to try and follow a navigation trail. --Helen Foster (talk) 14:21, 17 September 2018 (UTC)
