How can I create custom surveys?
Custom surveys can be created using either the Feedback module (which is hidden by default) or the Questionnaire module (which is a contributed module).
Hopefully a core module combining the best features of the Feedback, Questionnaire and Survey modules will be available some time in the future. See the current status of the surveypro module in GitHub.
