The Skype Presence Block shows the Skype status of all teachers and students in a course. Users must have a Skype ID in their profile, and must have at least Skype version 2.0.79 installed and configured correctly for this block to recognize them.
This Block was created by Matt Crosslin, based on script created by Jamie Pratt and Tim Allen. Community input also guided the development of this block. The lastest version of this block (with installation instructions) can be found here:
