Add a repository: you can add a repository to your Moodle site. They are set hidden by default, so you can edit them without impacting users.

Delete: you can delete a repository plugin here. It will delete all settings and instances forever. You will still be able to re-add the plugin.

Hide/Show: if you hide a plugin, this plugin will not appear into file picker and cannot be added to a course/user level.

Sort: you can change the display order into the file picker.

Settings: set the plugin options, create/edit instances.
