We have a long list of developers who contribute towards the development of Moodle source code.

If you are interested in being involved in Moodle development, we welcome your help! Start with our developer information, in particular the developer overview, roadmap, coding guide and information about CVS for developers.

We aim for a transparent and open development process. All development issues (such as bugs, new features and improvements) are recorded and managed in the Moodle Tracker. You can see who is working on what, and contribute to the conversation. You should search there first if you are trying to find out about particular issues.

Developer discussions of a more general nature can be found in Using Moodle, particularly the General Developer Forum. Semi-regular Developer_conferences are held online, and we occasionally get together in real life too at one of the various MoodleMoots held around the world.
