Just to note that images cannot be added to this block via the file repos - not sure if this is a feature or a bug.

Hello.Yes, it is known that you cannot upload images into the course/site summary, although you can add them via a URL. However, you can tick the "include a topic section" and upload files to a topic summary on the front page, in the centre, a workaround some people use. Feel free to edit the docs page accordingly to clarify this, or if you don't have time, I will do so myself. --Mary Cooch (talk) 17:01, 6 June 2015 (AWST)
