Scheduler : Appointing

Students can only appoint or remove appointment. They only will be able to appoint on published slots. If no slots are available, a waiter screen is proposed:
If there are some slots available, the student will be asked to choose a slot in a list:
- Using the radio buttons will a student be able to choose a slot.
- If the appointer is in one or more groups in the course, he will be invited to appoint for one group of his. The student MUST choose a group for wich he will appoint with, and will not be allowed to appoint back with another group. Appointing with a group will appoint all other members of the group on that slot either.
If the student is given the "mod/scheduler:disengage" capability, the student will be offered a way to disengage from an appointment he registered.
