The update timezones page provides administrators with the option to update their local database with new information about world timezones.

Location settings

Location: Administration > Location > Location settings

Default timezone

This sets the default time zone for date display. This can be overridden by a user's profile setting unless the default timezone is forced.

Default country

Select your country so that it appears by default on the new account page.

IP address lookup

You can experiment to find out which works better for your area - hostip or ipatlas.
