This error message will appear when someone does not have permissions/rights to blog. The teacher or administrator should check the permissions for manageposts in the student permissions.

TIP: Some sites are set up so the students do not have the default permissions to blog. It maybe necessary to "override" blog permissions from 'Inherit' to 'Allow'.
