Notifications documentation reorganisation

Somehow, this page seems to be missing all the inter-language links that the 3.1 page had. German Valero (talk)

The Notifications page in 3.1 has been renamed Site notifications in 3.2. (As messaging and notifications are one of the top new features in 3.2, we decided to have a page documenting notifications for users and move the documentation on notifications for site admins to Site notifications.) Thanks Helen, Wouldn't it be nice to have a disambiguation page for Notifications, or at least a ==See also== section link to the other type of notifications, or an explanatory Note for the readers to understand this documentation move ? German Valero (talk)
