New features
Moodle 3.2 focuses on improving the user experience and on accessibility. A new theme with better navigation, improved messaging, step-by-step user tours and the ability to import competency frameworks complement significant activity enhancements such as discussion locking, extra media player options and LTI 2 compliance.

The new Recycle bin, funded by the Moodle Users Association, means you no longer need worry about losing accidentally deleted course items or courses, as it's now possible easily to restore them.

Workshop submission portfolio export
The Publish as LTI tool allows remote users to access selected courses and activities on your site. Grades are sent back to the remote system.

Course activities and resources may now be tagged, making it simpler to find related content.

If you’ve enabled a File system repository on your server for FTP uploading, your teachers can now search the folders in that repository.
