  • This allows a user to update another user's profile i.e. in addition to being able to edit the profile, all settings (username, password, authentication method, force new password etc.) may be changed. This can be done via Settings > Site administration > Users > Accounts > Browse list of users or via the profile page of an individual user.
  • This capability is allowed for the default role of manager only.
  • This capability can only be applied in the system context i.e. via a system role.
