Capabilities/moodle/course:managefiles

• This capability, together with the view server files repository capability, allows a user to access the Server files repository
• This capability is allowed for the default roles of manager and teacher

Note: The capabilities repository/local:view and moodle/course:managefiles have some functionality overlap.
