With the new CVS Developer module, I think it would be a good idea to change the list of developers link to point to the module rather than to https://docs.moodle.org/en/Credits. The advantage is that it would draw more attention to this page, the disadvantage is that it would draw more attention to the CVS module. The https://docs.moodle.org/en/Credits page may remain a better place for the history of development and contributors where as the module is a good place for the current list of developers. As time goes on we may want to make a distinction. For example, someone like Gustav Delius who was instrumental with the quiz module before Tim Hunt. Perhaps the docs page could morph into a history of development that is manually maintained. The CVS module is more dynamic in terms of roles, developers, etc.
