admin/roles/usersroles

When viewing a user's profile page (Home > Users > Firstname Lastname > View profile) the Settings block allows you to view the user's role assignments (Settings > Roles > This user's role assignments).

A user's role assignment list shows which roles a user has been assigned and the context at which they have been applied

A link to Assign Roles (Edit icon) and Check Permissions (View icon) is given (in context) against each Role listed.
