You can choose to display the page name or not, and by clicking on Advanced Settings can choose whether to display its description or not. (Whether or not you see these options depends on your admin settings.) There is also an option to display the page description on the course page below the link to the page.

This page explores in more detail the settings for the Page resource once you have added it to your course and also covers the Site administration settings.

General

Give the Page a name and a description if required, checking the box if you want the description to display on the course page.

Content

Add your page content here. You can use the features of the Text editor to add media, images, links and more.
