- The default authenticated user role has this capability set to allow.
- This capability may only be applied in the system context i.e. as a system role.
There is no Moodle log of the edits made (which user, what specific edits, when). This could be used by students to post harmful material without record, so it is advisable to change this permission to prevent if dealing with younger students.
