It is possible for the administrator to edit a user's timezone. On the home page in the administration block select '''Users''', '''Accounts''', and then '''Browse list of users'''. Find the user and click on the edit link. This brings you to their profile page. Select the timezone from the Timezone drop-down menu and then click the Update profile button at the bottom of the page. Note that the timezones are referenced to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and that the default '''Server's local time''' is set to the local time in Perth, Australia.
