Private IP addresses cannot be looked up. Private IP addresses are all addresses beginning with:

  • 127.
  • 10.
  • 172.16. to 172.31.
  • 192.168.

They are supposed to be used inside private networks, but not within the internet. So they can be used many times all over the world. For more information see wikipeedia
