forum screenshots

I took a look at this and thought the text (although a bit wordy in parts) was OK for 2.2 so I removed the update template. Most of the screenshots date back to 2008 -and yet in terms of what they show, they are still relevant. Should we update the screenshots to Moodle 2 just for the sake of it or leave them as the display options they show still apply?--Mary Cooch 20:01, 2 February 2012 (WST)

The screenshots look good to me :-) I don't think there's any need to change them. --Helen Foster 23:24, 2 February 2012 (WST)

I made a minor change from "best practice" to "good practice". AFAIK, there's no such thing as best practice in learning and teaching theory from a social constructivist perspective.--Matt Bury (talk) 21:29, 27 June 2013 (WST)

Escaping code

Frequently, users need to post code in a quick and easy to read way. How do we escape code so that it appears verbatim on the page, preferably in a monospaced font, and if we can, why isn't it docuemented here?--Matt Bury (talk) 21:29, 27 June 2013 (WST)
