Moodle 2.0. to Moodle 2.9 contributed plugin.

Skills repository" or "referentiel" or "Competency framework" are a list of competencies, skills, know how, good practice, etc. useful when practicing a certain job or a specific business.

The evaluation / validation of competencies grouped in a framework give rise (in general) to the delivery of a "certificate".
