If the user clicks 'Yes' then all data related to that course will be deleted both from the database as well as from the hard disk, for instance, a SCORM package.

In case of SCORM course, all data relevant to that course will be deleted from tables mdl_scorm, mdl_track, mdl_scoes, mdl_scoes_data, mdl_seq_rolluprule, mdl_seq_rolecounts, mdl_seq_mapinfo, mdl_seq_rolluprulecond, mdl_seq_rulescond, mdl_seq_obj, mdl_grade_grades etc.

Are you absolutely sure you want to completely delete this course and all the data it contains?
