New feature
in Moodle 2.6!
- This allows a user to upload files into a course that are larger than the maximum allowable size (as set in Settings > Site administration > Security > Site policies). It may be given for example to teachers in a course so that they may upload large media files.
- This capability is not allowed for any of the default roles
