  • This capability is allowed for the default roles of manager, teacher, non-editing teacher, student and authenticated user.
  • Prior to Moodle 2.3.2, this capability could only be applied in the system context. In 2.3.2 onwards, blog associations may be restricted to particular courses by preventing this capability in the course context.
