This page provides the following features:

A student can see all his or her issued certificates in one place, for the whole moodle site.
An administrator can see all the issued certificates in one place, for the whole moodle site.
If you are not logged in, a message "Login to the site" should be displayed.
If you are logged in as a guest, then a message "You are currently using guest access.

  Login to the site." should be displayed.

This page is part of the "Report my certificates" add-on for the Certificate Module for Moodle 1.9.
