This page should explain what can be seen on the moodlesite.com/course/mod/quiz.view.php page
Clicking on a given quiz, you will see the quiz Info tab with the quiz name and description, its availability date and the information concerning the number of students who have attempted the quiz (and whose attempts at the quiz you can view).
You can always edit the quiz clicking Update the quiz (the top right side). Enabling block editing (clicking Block editing on) allows adding any number of two kinds of blocks: new HTML blocks (more information about HTML blocks is here) and the Quiz Results block (more information you will find here).
