This module will be put in the next days on Moodle Head on an experimental basis.
From the users responses, it will be maintained in the official Moodle code or be available as a plug-in.
The main purpose is to offer
- a simple editor interface to compose or cut and paste questions using the GIFT simple coding.
- a decoding, analyze and validation of the questions from the text in the editor.
- to create the answers from the validate data
- to show the answers created and prewiew them if wanted.

Info on the GIFT coding can be found in the Help file of the GIFT import.
As it does not create new database table and only use ordinary one question item and one multichoice_question item, it will not cause problems to remove it if necessary.
