For users

You try to log in on a remote server, but the access is denied on that remote server. The administrator of the remote server will be able to solve your problem. Please take the error message with you.

For administrators

On the remote server, browse the user list and find the denied user. Click on allow to give access. The access was denied because an administrator has denied the access for this user.
