You are not alone! There are a variety of ways to get help with Moodle if you need it.

Documentation

Please start by looking around our documentation wiki, especially our Frequently asked questions.

There are also documentation wikis in other languages.

To access relevant documentation when logged into your Moodle site as an administrator or teacher, follow the "Moodle Docs for this page" link at the bottom of each page.

Community discussion forums

Moodle has a large and diverse user community who help to provide free support via discussion forums on Moodle.org.

Commercial support and other services

If you need urgent or ongoing help with Moodle hosting, consulting, training, custom development, installation, courseware, themes or certification - contact your nearest Moodle Partner. Moodle Partners are official Moodle support companies and are located around the world. By making sure you use an official Moodle partner for these services you are directly supporting the core Moodle developers.
