ILP Block Examples

From MoodleDocs

The ILP block can be used for many different types of report creation so we have created some examples of what you could use as reports.

Navigation

1.1 When you want to add a new report, or modify an existing report in the SETTINGS block navigate to Site Administration -> Plugins ->Blocks -> ILP block.

1.2 Once you are on that page click on Report Configuration at the top of the page.

1.3 Then click Create New Report at the bottom of the page or use the edit buttons where appropriate.

My Targets

A SMART Targets Report can be a useful way for the learner to set themselves agreed targets.

My Expectations

A Learner Expectations Report can be useful so that you can understand what the learner is expecting from a course before they start. This can directly help you identify whether the course is appropriate for the student and potentially offer better alternative routes.

Course Feedback

Course Evaluations are a great way for the learner to provide feedback on a particular course directly to the tutor for future improvements.

What Next

A What Next Report, is a great way of finding out what the learner wants to do after they complete their course. Through this process you could identify whether a learner is looking to progress onto another course and then advise appropriately or if they are looking for a career, introduce them to the institutions career service.
