Suggestion: Add a section listing "Activities that use outcomes"--at least core activities, as a minimum?

Rationale: It's easy to assume that all activities allow outcomes to be assigned. I was very surprised to discover just now that the Assignment activity does not allow outcomes. Notifying Moodlers here would help them plan for outcomes-based assessment methods.
