Site appearance

An administrator can change the following course settings in Settings > Site administration > Appearance > Courses.

Course contacts

Users with the selected role(s) e.g. teachers are listed in the course description.

Display short names

New feature
in Moodle 2.6! By default, only course full names are displayed in the list of courses. However short names can be displayed too if required.
